Hi!

I'm Brianna! 

I've been baking since childhood, my Grandmother and I would recreate the cakes from her magazine clippings (my favourite being teddy graham beach)
 

I took it up a notch in my early teens when the local Michael's had Wilton cake decorating courses, and I learned how to make choux pastry at home! So good!

 

I knew this field was my passion in life, thus I went on to complete a Baking and Pastry Arts Management diploma program at George Brown College in Toronto. It was here that I found a new love for chocolate, mind you I still LOVE cake decorating. But chocolate, man

I'm picky with my brownies. I don't want 'em cakey, crumbly. You know, one of my favourites originally were the two-bites you could get at KFC. Mine, though? The best.
